Bilgewater Reroll

We roll at level 7 to activate 5x features Bilgewater and Juggernaut + Bastion Nasus and Shen to strengthen our front and by rolling to 10 gold from 60, of course we want to have Nilah and put carry items on her, then we return to 50 economy and start the slow roll after Miss Fortune and Nautilus 3. At level 8 we try to get Gangplank (unless we get the Bilgwater emblem) then, having everything done/prepared, we can enter level 9 to get GP to level 2 + Heimerdinger or Aatrox
