When we get to level 8 we want to sell our Headliner unit (if you have one) and start rolling gold for our Pentakill Headliner Karthus, how aggressive your roll will be depends on how much HP you can afford to lose, sometimes is better to roll above 50 gold and preserve our economy at cost of some HP (ideal) but if you are losing too much HP you can hyper-roll all your gold to get the Karthus Pentakill.
