Only worth playing with a cypher cashout

Stage 2 If you start with Cypher, focus on lose streaking while making econ. Otherwise, play best board and winstreak

Stage 3 If you are lose streak Cypher, keep loss streak until Stage 4. If you snap your lose streak, consider cashing out early and pivoting to tempo.

Stage 4 Cash out Cypher and transition towards zed/draven +senna/zeri carries. Only carry zeri with rageblade + offensive exotech item. Can use extra econ to roll for draven/senna/galio 3 on 8.
