HOW TO PLAY
Frost Touch Twisted Fate Comp Guide
Core Requirements
-
This comp demands a huge amount of gold.
-
Only play it if you have strong early econ from:
- Prismatic augments
- Gold-generating encounters (e.g. Scuttle Puddle)
- Win streaks
-
You must reach Level 9 by Stage 5-1 with plenty of gold to roll.
-
Do not play from normal positions — you need multiple econ sources to succeed.
Frost Touch Setup
-
Twisted Fate is the priority:
-
Save all Power Removers for him.
-
Once you find TF, use removers until he gets Frost Touch.
-
If you miss:
- Buy another TF
- Sell the old one to get your Power Up fruit back
- Repeat until you hit Frost Touch
-
-
Double Frost Touch:
- Aim for 2 sources of Frost Touch by using the same method on Ziggs / Ashe / Kayle / Gnar.
- Ziggs is often better than Ashe, as Ashe contributes little damage while Ziggs slightly buffs TF and increases your search pool for Frost Touch.
Itemization
-
Twisted Fate best items:
- Rageblade
- Red Buff
- Giant Slayer
- Nashor’s Tooth
- Void Staff
- Striker’s
-
Tank items: Put them on Sett or Dr. Mundo.
Extra Tips
-
Shadow Clone Gnar with Dr. Mundo is a strong, affordable opener into this comp.
-
Twisted Fate 1★ with Frost Touch is stronger than TF 2★ without it.
- Never upgrade TF to 2★ before hitting Frost Touch.
- Keep cycling TFs until you get it.
