FINAL BOARD (Sniper Focus or Fishbones is very good Artifact for him)
HOW TO PLAY
Key Insight
Gangplank’s power is significantly amplified by artifacts — especially Sniper Focus, Rapidfire, and Fishbones, which can double his effectiveness. Several other artifact options can also enhance his performance, but those are among the strongest.
Early Game Approach
- From the start, aim to build the strongest possible board.
- Focus on Gangplank with proper items, surrounded by Duelists and supported by Mighty Mech units for frontline stability.
- A winning board is crucial — the more eliminations Gangplank secures, the more gold you’ll generate through his passive.
- Pro tip: This gold generation stacks with the Collector, meaning you can gain 2 gold per takedown under the right conditions.
Rolling Strategy
- Start rolling at Level 6, aiming to secure at least Gangplank 2★.
- From there, begin slow rolling (maintaining 50 gold while rerolling lightly each turn) to gradually find copies of Gangplank.
- An alternative path is to roll at Level 7, which offers: → Better odds for Ryze, enabling the 4x Mentor trait → A higher chance of hitting Yasuo → Still a strong rate for finding 2-cost units like Gangplank
- This choice depends on your current tempo — both options are viable, and you should adapt based on your board and economy.
Late Game Transitions
- In the late game, you can round out your composition in two main ways: → Add 3 Mighty Mech units and Legendary champions for a high-value board → Alternatively, aim for 5 Mighty Mech synergy, which can also be a strong enough endgame setup
