Golden Ox Graves Reroll

To play Golden Ox Graves reroll succesfull you want to maximize the golden ox value. Rolling gives 2x golden ox stacks. You rarely want to lose interest while proccing the golden ox dmgamp value. 4 Golden Ox gives almost the same dmgamp as 6 Golden Ox. Besides Gox Units you want to play also around Divinecorp Units like Gragas, Rhaast, Vex and Senna. You want to have 50+ stacks at Level 8 to 9. To commit into Gox you want to have Alistar + Graves with a slamable Item or components. Golden Fleece is also fine to start with. Graves holds many Artefacts well. (Builds down below). Golden Ox generates gold by killing Units this means its fine beeing at 39 gold for example because your likely to get a gold when your board is stong with 4 golden ox.

In stage 2 you do not level to 4 on 2-1 because the first golden ox procc needs 8 gold. After Caroussel on 2-5 you can invest in the first Golden Ox stack if your winstreaking, if not you can keep building up your eco to 50g. At 2-7 on Neutrals you can invest into the Gox stacks the first time if your losestreaking even if you lose 1 interest. This allows you to invest another 12 gold into gox at 3-1 for Level 6 which means you prelevel for 3-2. On 3-2 you roll 4 times (16g gox interval) to be stable you want Alistar2 with hopefully Graves2. If your winstreaking you do not need to prelevel, you just invest 12 gold on 3-2 like always.

In Stage 3, you stay at Level 6 and roll until you hit the Golden Ox intervals. You do not need to roll every round if it would mean you cant buy Units or lose interest. You usually roll on 3-2, 3-3, 3-5 and either 3-6 or 3-7. You want to stay above 50 or 40 gold mostly. Rolling on 3-7 can cost you interest but it might allow you to hit Graves3 which is worth it. If your close to 3*ing Graves you can roll deeper but do not roll above the Gox Value. If you hit Graves3 before you hit your Golden Ox value consider pushing Levels for it. In stage 4 you want to push towards Level 8 with around 40+ gox stacks. If you havent hit many Jarvans and the Unit is contested in your Lobby you do not roll for Jarvan3. Jarvan3 is a wincondition for this comp aswell as Zac, Renekton or Garen. Zac pairs well with Golden Ox because you can build up the dmgamp while farming blobs. Garen can offer Slayer mods which are great for Graves. Graves can then heal Jarvan while he gets 15% lifesteal and 20 AD. If you missed useful Garenmods you can drop him. The Golden Ox Mod goes to Renekton, Zac or Garen whoever is upgraded and/or holds Items. Your 4th Golden Ox Unit on Level 8 before hitting Viego is Aphelios.

Itemwise Graves wants some survivability (since he is a 2 range Unit) paired with some AD and crit chance. Steraks, Quicksilver with Hand of Justice/Bloodthirster. Do not build double healing. Jarvan holds your utility Items like Evenshroud or Sunfire.

Position is SUPER IMPORTANT. If you place Graves correct he can instawin fights when he is able to target the enemy Maincarry. You position him same side as the Enemy Carry, second row behind 3 strong Frontliners. Your strongest Frontline should be the enemys Maintarget. The longer the Frontliner can hold aggro, the longer, Graves lives. Graves will jump behind the first Frontliner, kill the Unit and target the Enemy Backliner. You need to clump your Frontline. This will allow him to jump over. Avoid getting stack on maintanks like Leona2, Zac2, Neeko2, Cho2, Braum2, Chassis Morde2. If the enemy has only 1 Tank in the Middle, position Graves opposite side of the enemy carry to allow him to wrap around. Jarvan does armor flat penetration.

You want to roll on Level 6 instead of Level 7 because it allows you to hit your gox intervals easier. It is also easier to roll for Graves while staying ahead of tempo. Only roll on Level 7 if you have Graves2 while winstreaking with alot of Gold. Push to Level 7 while using the Gox intervals. Having an Golden Ox Emblem from Caroussel or certain Encounters can allow you to roll on Level 7 too. 6 Golden Ox only playable with Emblem.

Graves does not get mana which means if he gets hit he wont generate mana. He never wants to be targeted first.

Item Prio: glove > sword > belt > cloak > bow = tear, chain, rod

helpful Encounters -> Reroll Subscription, Artefact Anvil, Component Anil or Gold Subscription.

Augments -> Items > econ > combat. Items for winstreaking. Eco (Gold) on 2-1 if your not winstreaking. Eco (Gold) on 3-2 if your poor. Combat at 4-2. Your Gold has more value than the enemys because you can build up dmgamp with it.
