Gragas Reroll – How to Play It Properly

Gragas should only be played as a carry if you get his Hero Augment. However, it's important to note that his augment does not appear in the first augment selection (since he is a 3-cost unit, similar to Renekton in Set 13). Because of this, you can’t fully commit to this composition from the start.

Itemization – Optimizing Gragas

If you do get his Hero Augment in the second selection, prioritize giving him one AP item, as well as sustain and durability. The best item choices for him are Titan’s Resolve and a healing item to maximize his survivability and damage output.

Rolling & Leveling Strategy

• Start slow rolling at level 7 to three-star Gragas.
• If you happen to hit Jinx at three stars along the way, you can also use her as a secondary carry, but she is not mandatory.
• If you don’t get Jinx, a flexible secondary carry can be Senna or Aphelios, depending on the game state.

Frontline Options

For a tank, the best option is a three-star Mordekaiser, but if that isn’t possible, a two-star Cho'Gath works just fine.
