Very late game comp
Alternative Late Game Board (if you can't have Garen early to farm the Mods)
Annie and Samira both need to have 5 AMP to truly shine with their ability. Annie is more like a Secondary carry that has a lot of utility thanks to her Tibbers. So having tons of mana >>> DPS items.
Garen is the most important late game unit as he can give the Strategist mod to Samira, and even to Annie if you're lucky.
