Karthus recieved a really nice buff making him a really punishing unit for those that have their carrys low.
We convine it with superfan to gain Mosher/KDA/Guardian and Centinel as aditional.
In case you can't find a Spatula go same way and add a Kayle or Olaf for 7 Pentakill at 9
