Day 8 note: Kai'Sa and Ashe deserve A+ tier because both have slightly better win rate, add Sage Sylas

Tier list explanation:

• About fast 9 5 cost carry, Xayah and Azir are better than Irelia, Hwei is the weakest 5 cost atm that's why I replaced with Azir icon
• 5 Mythic 4 Invoker Lillia is the weakest 4 cost variant but it has the highest win rate (higher than Dragonlord Xayah) because many people hit her 3* with Hwei, still playable with a Duplicator
• Dryad emblem Gnar is free LP, yesterday I put him lower because I was too busy to double check, sorry :<
• 7 Storyweaver only plays when the game forces you somehow, never pick SW emblem at 2-1 in this patch
• Avoid 3 cost, not only the rolling chance is reduced at lv 7 but also the pool size is large due to no one playing 3 cost

Giải thích tier list:

• Về những team fast 9 carry 5 tiền, Xayah và Azir mạnh hơn Irelia, Hwei là tướng 5 tiền yếu nhất nên mình thay icon nó bằng Azir
• Lillia 5 Thần Thoại 4 Thuật sĩ là team 4 tiền yếu nhất nhưng có tỉ lệ thắng cao nhất (hơn cả Xayah Long vương) vì dễ lên 3 sao với Hwei, có thể chơi với Máy nhân bản
• Ấn Thần rừng là chuối free, hôm qua mình để nó ở dưới là do lỗi quên check lại, xin lũi :<
• 7 Sử gia chỉ chơi khi bị game ép, ko bao giờ pick ấn SG ở 2-1 bản này
• Né carry 3 tiền, ko chỉ bị giảm tỉ lệ roll lv 7 mà bễ tướng rộng khó bắt vì ko ai chơi 3 tiền

Hidden broken comp with Porcelain emblem, at lv 8 remove Liss and downgrade Azir to Alune/Janna

I don't recommend playing without an emblem because you have to find Lissandra at lv 8. In that case, normal Warden Ashe is better and Syndra holds the same Lillia items
