This is a hard team comp, it is necesarry to pivot a lot and play for economy, not being afraid to lose a lot of hp.
Mid game you can play something like 4 Sentinel to save as much hp as possible.

But every damage amp Anomaly should work well.
First augment should be experience, in order to try and play the strongest board.
Second augment items, best case scenario Burried Treasures III.
Third augment as the title says Martial law
Play strongest board until level 9, then try to roll everything to 0 or untill you hit the 5 costs 2 stars, after that you will beat 90% of the boards and you can just level to 10 later for Viktor.
