Don't play if you can't rush 9 lvl with high hp
İf you can always go Elise 3
You can go Braum 3 but if you do that you should go Elise 3 and for 9 lvl add Zac or Garen and change Jhin to Aurora
MF items: IE and Striker's Flail always 3rd item Gs -> Death Blade -> Last Whisper
Tank items: gargoyl + warmog and 3rd item what you need bramble or claw or spirit visage
Item Priorty: MF -> Tank -> Burn -> elise 3 > aurora = elise 1-2 -> mr pen
