Noxus Reroll (Darius/Katarina)

To understand our strategy for the early and mid game, we need to take a closer look at how the Noxus trait works. Everytime you win against a player in the lobby, as long as you had 3 noxus active during the fight, the trait becomes 10% stronger. The percentage stacks and caps out at 70% if you beat every player once. And if a player dies, the trait counts it as you having beaten them in a PvP round. Because of this, we want to win and be able to get as many Noxus stacks as fast as possible.

The best case in the early game is to get 3 Noxus early so we can start stacking the trait immediately. In that case you will either run Darius Carry, Katarina carry, or if you didn’t hit those 3costs, you will run Samira carry. This comp is still not impossible to play without a 3 noxus opener, as there are other strategies we can use to gain the stacks in the mid-game. But know that you are at a disadvantage if you lack a 3 noxus opener and you’re planning on playing this comp.

We want to pre-level with this comp on stage 1-4, as we get a lot of power in the early game if we are able to hit Darius or Katarina early this will make it easier to hit 3 noxus, while also giving us more power as they are both great early game carries.

The overall goal of the mid-game is to keep winning rounds and gaining Noxus stacks. Once you get to stage 3-2, you usually want to level up roll down to hit 6 Noxus. This is to ensure that we will keep winning rounds and that we get to max Noxus stacks. Because if we don’t have all our Noxus stacks once we get to stage 4, a lot of the other people will be rolling for their 4cost carries, and it will be significantly harder to beat them there, until we have our 3stars.

If you are loss streaking the same strategy applies, on stage 3-2, you will all-in at level 6 and roll until you hit 6 Noxus, with 2star Darius, Katarina AND Swain. We need a really strong board to ensure we win the rest of the rounds on stage 3, so that we have at least 40% extra power in our noxus trait.

Once you’re done rolling, econ back up to 50 gold, and push towards level 7, where you will be slowrolling to 3star Darius and Katarina.

This comp gets a giant powerspike from getting a Noxus emblem, and it’s for that reason we want to use URF as our legend when playing this comp. But some other legends you can run are Ornn or Poro. Ornn allows us to get a ton of strong items which will be put to great use on Darius, Katarina or Swain. And Poro is great as the best augments for this comp are not given to us by any of the other legends.

The best augments for this comp are: Total Domination, Noxus heart or crest, gifts from the fallen, tons of stats, know your enemy, and unified resistance.
