Patch 14.7 Gameplan & Meta

Important changes:

Patch 14.6 had 3 very strong Verticals 7 Exotech, 6 Vanguards and 5 Cypher. 7 Exotech Units with items get less HP while 6 Vanguards has 3% less Durability. The Vanguard nerfs effects 6 Vanguards + Aphelios Xayah/Kog Reroll/Urgot. This nerfs Itemholders of Krakens Fury too since fights might not last as long as before.

The Cypher nerf intents to lower your cashout by 1 or 2 tiers which is alot. Now you want to have 4 Cypher even earlier. You probably only want to play around Cypher when you dropped Galio or/and Draven from the Orb at 2-1 while having the chance of getting LeBlanc or Draven/Galio from the first Caroussel. You might have to roll at Level 6 for 1 LeBlanc for 4 Cypher. You probably want to play Cypher only when you have Augments like Trade Sector, Calculated Loss or Upward Mobility where you get freerolls which helps get Cypher Units without losing interests. The Reroll Subscription Encounter works too. This Cypher change nerfs also AMP which was the comp you would play into when coming from Losestreaking with Cypher. AMP got nerfed alot with Annie, Samira(AMP only) and Zac getting hit. I expect AMP to be alot worse than before.

The Graves nerf is mostly against his Artefact builds the 2% Projectile AD nerf is not alot. Graves also benefits from the 7 Exotech-and 6 Vanguard-nerfs since he could get stuck on 6 Vanguards Leona2 or 7 Exotech Mordekaiser/Sejuani. I expect Graves to be A or high B-Tier, with Suspicious Trench Coat he still might be S Tier.

The Cho buff is huge because he gets 100 Base HP. Bruisers benefit alot more from Flat HP while Chos ability also scales with HP. I expect 6 Bruiser + Urgot & Vex to be a strong Board probably stronger than 6 Vanguards with Urgot. Vex also gets a 5% buff which helps her also in Vexotech. Vex was weak against 6 Vanguards and 7 Exotech since she couldnt get through those Frontlines easily. I can also see Cho beeing played in Techie Mundo over Gragas or Alistar if he is alot stronger. Cho also was a bit underrated since there arent many Boards which like to play around 6 Bruiser.

Nitro recieved many buffs in Set 14. Shyvana gets 5% more HP from casting while the Dino gets 200 HP more at 200 stacks. If Exotech is played less you might be able to 3* Jhin easily. Jhin is one, if not the best 2 Cost right now. Starry Night Nitro reroll with Jhin3 with Pulse Stabilizer might be A-Tier in 14.7.

Miss Fortune gets 3 AD while beeing a bit underrated since 7 Exotech and 6 Vanguards beeing that strong in 14.6. 4 Dynamo was still good after the 4 Dynamo nerf. She should be now the Unit you playaround in 4 Dynamo over Elise.

Street Demon recieved many buffs. Neeko her Shield gets a 5% buff while Street Demon Samira is stronger since she gets 2 more Bullets. Ziggs who can be your second apcarry in Vertical Streetdemon gets a 6% buff too. If you want to play around Brand, 8 Techies might still be stronger than 7 Street Demon if you get an Emblem.

The Zac nerf hits every 5 Cost Legendary Board a little which needs some extra damage.

Cypher, Golden Ox, Urgot, Renekton are hard to play comps but very strong

Exotech Zeri -> Exotech Items (Pulse, Flux, Chassis, Lantern) Flexible, Cypher Losestreak, Item Augments, Buried Treasures Trait Tracker, Rageblade, Slammin, Trials run. kHigh resource or Component Anvil.

A.M.P Yuumi & Samira -> Cypher Losestreak, Manazane, Goldcollector, Gold/XP Augment, Winstreak Fast9, Nitro Opener with Elise or Blue Buff Yuumi Nitro, Street Opener, Freestyling, Component Tear, BF, Belt. High Resource Encounter or Luckyshop for Samira.

6 Vanguard Urgot -> Winstreak Fast9, pivot out of Aphelios & Xayah.

BoomBot Urgot -> Winstreak Fast9, BoomBot Emblem, Hunter Killer Missile Winstreak, Gold/XP Augment, Kog2 + Skarner, pivot out of Marksman when hitting Urgot on 8, Component BF, Bow, Rod Belt. High Resource Encounter or Luckyshop with Boombot emblem.

6 Vanguard Marksman -> Flatline, Winstreak stage 2/3, Item Augment, Gold/XP Augment, Kog + Skarner start, All That Shimmers, Pumping Up, Fishbones, Components BF, Crit, Bow, Rod. Little Buddies, Triple Gold for Combat or High Resource for Items & Gold.

Anima Squad -> Stong Board with upgraded Anima Units, Support Spire, Quality Over Quantity, Item Augment to streak with, Worth The Wait, Components Belt, BF, Crit. Encounter Triple Gold for Combat or Lucky Shop.

Golden Ox Graves Reroll->Golden Fleece, Alistar2 + Graves start + Itemslam winstreak, Portable Forge, Living Forge, Encounter which generates Gold or Artefact Anvil, Reroll Subscription, Lucky Shops.

Losestreak -> Cypher, Titanic Titan, Calculated loss, Patient Study, Upward Mobility into Vexotech, AMP, Cypher Draven & Galio or Rapidfire Renekton(?14.5). Cypher is better in low resource lobbys since your extra resources from cypher have more value when everyone has low resources.

Reroll-> Gox Graves Morgana Bastions, Mundo Techies, Nitro, Cyberboss Veigar, Poppy Hero Aug, Sylas Hero Aug.

If you have BoomBot, A.M.P or 6 Rapidfire players in your lobby, hold Urgot, Samira & Renekton.

High Resource = Scuddle Puddle, Crab Rave, Loot Sub, Gold Sub, Prismatic start.

ENCOUNTERS

Gold Subscription = helpful for Golden Ox since Gold scales into dmgamp. Easier to cap out Bards. good for Level Up, Upward Mobility, Hedge Fund, Invest Strat, Golden Ox, Shop Glitch, Dummify, Golemify, Caretaker's Ally, Lategame Specialist.

Scuddle Puddle= More Items & Gold. Easier to cap out Boards. Easier to hit gold interests breakpoints but easier to streak early since people sell Units for interest in stage 1. Better with Boards which have 2nd dmgcarry or 3* Reroll. Avoid lowcap Boards. good for Level Up, Upward Mobility, Hedge Fund, Invest Strat, Golden Ox, Shop Glitch, Dummify, Golemify, Caretaker's Ally, Lategame Specialist. fast 8/9 over reroll.

Crab Rave = More Items & Gold. Easier to cap Boards. Easier to hit gold interests breakpoints but easier to streak early since people sell Units for interest in stage 1. Better with Boards which have 2nd dmgcarry or 3* Reroll. Avoid lowcap Boards. Slayers/Samira good vs Big Crab. good for Level Up, Upward Mobility, Hedge Fund, Invest Strat, Golden Ox, Shop Glitch, Dummify, Golemify, Caretaker's Ally, Lategame Specialist. fast 8/9 over reroll.

• Egg= More resources, can give Spatulas or radiant refactory. Check Enemys for cashout.

• Loot Subscription = More resources, can give Spatula, Items, Artefact Anvil, Radiants, gold. Check Enemys Loot to know urs.

• Treasure Armory = Can give Emblem or Trait Augments. Safe reforger. ~10g = spat usually. (10 Anima/10 Street Demon)

• Component Anvil = good with 1*, 2* reroll comps or Item Augments like Crownguard. Quality Over Quantity.

• Extra Augment Stage 2, 3, 4, 5 = Use Augment Tailering. Take Augments which synergize well with each other. Take Gold early.

• Accelerated Augment = Augment Trailering after first Augment. Over Encumbered & Prismatic Pipeline Work.

• Lucky Shop = Good for Reroll comps or Comps who need 5 cost to scale. Easier to 3*. Delayed Start, BRB, Rigged. hero augments. Shop, Shop Glitch and Subscription Service are disabled in this Encounter. The lucky shop effect does not happen with the Augment AFK in the first 3 rounds. You can Tailor in PVE round for 3-1, 4-1.

• Two Star Shop = good for reroll or flexplay.

• Wandering Trainier = +1 Aug for Prismatic or Spat from early Caroussel prio losestreak for +1 spat

• Reroll Subscription= good for rerollcomps or good for fast9 when winstreaking without rolling to use extra rolls on 8 to stablize without losing to much eco. hero augments. Good for Cypher since you can roll for the Units without losing Interest.

• Prsmatic Prelude= higher early Tempo

• Prismatic Finale = You want to take Combat at 4-2.

• Prismatic Party - more likely to go for fast 8/9. worse for 1* 2* reroll comps.
