[PBE] Set 9.5 Meta Snapshot

This comp works similarly to the old void comp from set 9.0, instead of Yasuo we play Fiora. Make sure to fast-8 so you can hit Belveth. Focus on Kaisa items first then carry items for Belveth or tank items for Kassadin.

With this comp you want to push levels to 7 or 8 depending on how far you can go, as we need to hit Mordekaiser 2star and we also want to hit Aatrox. Focus on Mord items first, then focus tank items on Aatrox (can go on swain until you hit him).

With this comp we have multiple carries, but we want to focus on Fiora and Jarvan items first, then make Quinn items last.

This is a reroll comp where we first slowroll at level 6 for 3star Qiyana, then push level 7 to roll for Neeko/Katarina/Ekko 3star.

This comp wants to fast-8 to be able to fit in 6 ionia and 4 vanquisher. Build enough crit items on Xayah so she crits 100% of the time, build as many RFC's on Nilah as you can to increase her damage as well.
