How to play early
In the early game make sure to look for a Jinx headliner as the comp is a lot weaker if we don't have headliner Jinx. Make sure to not spend any gold in the early game and don't level, the only time it's ok to spend gold is to reroll for 1g when punk is active as long as you don't lose econ.

Slowrolling
Slowroll at level 5 for Jinx>Taric>Kennen 3star, once you hit Jinx 3star level up to 6 and slowroll for Pantheon 3star.
Augments / Items
It's a bit too early to tell which the best augments are, but generally healing augments have been good to keep Jinx alive from backline access.
For items you want Rageblade + 2 AD damage items. Evenshroud is needed on a tank as we don't have space for last whisper on Jinx.
