Ice Ryze (ZAUN)

You must have Ryze Region "Zaun" otherwise don't play this build!!! (it is worth noting that his skill scales with the amount of gold he has, so it is worth keeping 50 gold + for every 15 he adds 1x more portal)

Temporarily from the beginning of the game we prefer to play sorcerer i.e. swain and taric on the front for 6 small roll after vel'koz 2 to stabilize the table and then enter level 7 roll lux+jarvan (or just make the transition with 6x invoker and Karma 2 star) in the meantime collect (ashe/lissandra/sejuani/shen) to add them when changing the composition of the game at level 8 hit ryze if we do uprage on the front i.e. sejuani/shen 2 Ryze 1 and we only have a chance we enter level 9 to easily get Ryze for 2 stars and add a strong legendary character as always
