[Set 11] Storyweaver Irelia

3/17 update: this comp will be a part of fast 9 AD flex in future, Irelia is not the only choice

From set 11 and so on, I will summary everything in this link. It's still PBE and I want to do slowly in order to provide an accurate information.

Storyweaver is an interesting comp, it customized for board strengh base on the need. It has linked low cost champions and capped board is really high

In this guide I'm trying to test the new grouping way for easy following:

• Early game board will split into half base on trait
• Mid game and so on: old units in left side, new replacing units in right

Hope it improves your experience

I prefer slamming melee items on this team, for ranged AD Bard is a 3 cost and Sivir is not a good holder

Gargoyle is preferred because Galio skill taunt nearby target

Kayle first upgrade:

• Talisman of Speed: works perfectly with Irelia and Xayah
• Talisman of Aid: works on every comp, but shred/sunderis weak early game and Irelia already have Sunder in her skill. Still a save choice if you are not sure to play Storyweaver vertically
• Talisman of Might: in case you aim for an AP comp, it's the best stat upgrade in early game, but the worst flexibility.

Kayle 2nd upgrade: Scroll of Haste: when your frontline is good enough for stacking Scroll of Force: always a safe choice

Save Garen and Sivir on bench in case you get Storyweaver emblem

Irelia spead her blades to the whole board so Wound + Guardbreake + Crit is my choice (GS is slightly better than Guardbreaker but this team already need lots of swords and bows)

Why do I prefer 5 Storyweaver over 7? Simply because this version has a better capped board (3 5 cost) and those extra traits (Sage, Dragonlord) is a "team trait" which can fill the gap between 2 Storyweaver

Don't play with 7 Storyweaver, Kayle isn't that strong with fast 8
