Sorcerer's Reroll

First we try to roll a bit on level 6 because we want taric/swain/vel'koz 2, then as fast as possible lvl 7 and hit lux while slow rolling velkoz/taric to level 3 (we can also play ahri carry or move items from vel'koz if we don't roll it). Once we do that, we need to go to level 8 and add 6 sorcerer to 8 let's prefer to finish lux 2 and at the end we have 9 level personally I recommend Bel'Veth/Sion
