This is a Fast 9 comp oriented around Vanguards and abusing Garen mods. Rageblade is NOT that good on Urgot, but it's strong for early game to winstreak Fast 9. Boombot does magic damage so full 30% Shred is nice to have.
In the early game, you must start with an economy Augment. Play it the same way as the Kog'Maw comp.
