How to Play Supreme Cells — TFT Set 15: K.O. Coliseum
Supreme Cells is a high-risk, high-reward trait that empowers the deadliest fighter on your team. After each combat, the Cell who dealt the most damage becomes the Supreme Cell, gaining powerful bonuses and the ability to execute low-health enemies.
If the Supreme Cell is eliminated, leadership is passed on the next highest-damage Cell rises to power, keeping the momentum going. At (4), a second Supreme Cell joins the battlefield, doubling your threat and execution potential.
With champions like Kennen, Kai’Sa, Darius, and Akali, Supreme Cells offers a flexible mix of backline carries and frontline bruisers. Play around your top damage dealer, and watch your Supreme Cell dominate the arena.

TFT Supreme Cells Champions
Kennen (1G) – Sorcerer - Protector
Kennen's ability provides strong utility and frontline value. By healing himself first, Kennen improves his survivability, making him a reliable unit to stall or soak damage. Following the heal, he targets the two nearest enemies with area magic damage and a 1-second stun, offering both crowd control and burst potential.
This skill is especially effective in clustered fights, as it can disrupt enemy carries and combos. Paired with the Supreme Cells trait, Kennen can also become a surprisingly dangerous Supreme Cell if he survives long enough to deal significant damage.
Overall, Kennen is a solid utility unit that combines self-sustain, AoE damage, and stun, making him useful in both frontline and midline setups.
Kai'Sa (2G) – Duelist
Kai’Sa is a scaling backline carry with both burst and long-term damage potential. Her passive grants her 1% permanent Attack Damage on each kill, allowing her to scale naturally throughout the fight and become increasingly lethal as rounds progress.
Her active ability fires 8 missiles that target the primary enemy and nearby foes. Each missile deals physical damage, making her a strong user of Attack Damage items like Infinity Edge, Last Whisper, or Deathblade. The spread of missiles allows her to shred grouped enemies or finish off low-health targets quickly.
In the Supreme Cells trait, Kai’Sa is a top candidate to become the Supreme Cell thanks to her high damage output and kill potential. With her passive scaling and strong multi-target active, she can quickly snowball fights if protected properly.
Overall, Kai’Sa is a deadly hyper-carry with excellent scaling and AoE presence perfect for players who want to build a comp around a growing source of consistent damage.
Darius (3G) – Heavyweight
Darius is a powerful anti-tank bruiser. He first heals himself, then strikes his target with physical damage, increased by 60% against Tanks. If he gets a takedown, he instantly recasts the ability at 75% strength, enabling chain kills.
Perfect for the Supreme Cells trait, Darius thrives in extended fights and excels at breaking through frontline units.
Akali (4G) – Executioner
Akali is a mobile assassin who marks the farthest enemy, then dashes through all marked targets, dealing magic damage to each and splash damage to others hit along the path. If only one enemy remains, she dashes 3 times to finish them off.
A deadly Supreme Cell candidate with strong backline access and clutch finisher potential.
