Time and a Half is necessary. We prepare our items and build up our economy until level 6. It's important to note that you can aggressively look for at least Sivir 2 to stabilize. With the augment, gold will come back quickly.

Mid game tips
At level 6, we slow-roll for Sivir 3. From there, we try to get +1 Infiniteam, build up our economy, and push to level 9 to add more units.
Win conditions
The win condition is to reach level 9, have a full Infiniteam (7), Ultimate Ezreal 2, and Fiddlesticks 2.

Itemization
- Last Whisper provides Armor Penetration for your whole composition
- Infinity Edge provides Sivir tons of damage
- Deathblade is important for Sivir with this augment because it provides significantly more gold.

Game plan
- The game plan is to first get the Time and a Half augment.
- Prepare our Sivir items, and build up our economy until level 6.
- Then, we slow-roll for Sivir 3.
- Once we have Sivir 3, we can push to higher levels and add more units to achieve our final composition.
