GENERAL INFORMATION
It's good to know that Warwick was unplayable without this artifact - the difference between this item and without it is heaven and earth. Due to the fact that the World Championships are approaching, Riot decides to remove this item in Patch 14.21 that caused a huge jump in the strength of this champion. Is this a good move? for me, yes, because Warwick was very toxic, the certainty of having him at level 3 and currently even at 4 stars due to the start in the portal, the artifact + augment from Worht the Wait II was 100% and he was very toxic.
So today, especially for you, I tried hardening the game "new wolf on PBE" to check it out.

HOW MUCH DMG DOES IT DO?
When playing the standard versions, i.e. Vanguard and Frost, the former definitely dominates, the former deals about 4 to a maximum of 9k, it's not too much, I don't count a good spot in Pyro here, I admit that I tested it once and managed to take 2nd place in the stacks, I had enough to replace Guinsoo Rageblade and have an execution and Varus and Xerath as second carry and activate 4x Arcana and here it already dealt up to 15k.
HOW WITH AUGMENT Worht the Wait II
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to play Warwick at 4 stars at that time, but I don't think it changes much in this situation.
CHARACTERISTICS
Pyro does most of the above, then Vanguard with some second carry in the form of Hwei 3 and finally we have the Frost version which is absolutely unplayable.
IS ANY NEW ARTIFACT WORKING?
RapidFire Cannon can do quite a lot here, so as soon as you have the opportunity to combine it with guinsoo and healing, you can create a powerful front with 6/8 vanguard and until the end of the fight, Warwick will have about 12k damage per fight. Selecting augments is very important here.
WHAT TIER?
I would say that Pyro gives something like A maybe... but when it comes to standard versions, it is simply D tier...
FINAL OPINION
In my opinion, Riot took the easy way out by removing this item, but I also understand them. In my opinion, there will be better characters in the meta than Warwick, let's be honest, "he just had his time" and the time is over...
Maybe at some low elo this Warwick will make some TOP4, but it's still not a good choice.
