FINAL BOARD (play Rumble or Jayce with Emblem)

AD

ROLLING

📜 Early Game Strategy

Your early game approach depends on what units you hit. You should aim for either a 5-loss streak 💀 (if you get a weak opener for better economy) or a 5-win streak 🏆 (if you hit strong early upgrades).

A great start for winstreaking is a Family-focused setup with Powder, Violet, and Draven ⭐⭐, supported by Darius and Vander. This core provides both frontline and solid damage, making it easy to maintain a strong board. If you don’t hit these units early, it’s often better to go for an intentional loss streak or play an open board to build up gold.

If you opt for a loss streak, try to minimize your HP loss while keeping your economy strong. Picking up key pairs and positioning your board to kill a few units per round can make a big difference later.

🎲 Rolling & Leveling Strategy

If you’re playing Gangplank carry, your goal is to slow roll for him at level 8 🔥. This is because rolling at level 8 gives you better odds of hitting Sevika and Vi, both of whom are crucial for your late-game power spike.

Here’s the general leveling path:
➡️ Level 6: Usually at Stage 3-2 if you're winstreaking, otherwise at Stage 3-5.
➡️ Level 7: Around Stage 4-1 to stabilize if necessary.
➡️ Level 8: At Stage 4-5 or 5-1, where you start slow rolling for Gangplank ⭐⭐⭐.

At level 8, roll down to 20 gold 💰 to ensure you hit an upgrade on Vi 🛡️. Once Vi is upgraded, evaluate your Gangplank situation:

  • If you already have several copies of Gangplank, continue slow rolling to complete him.
  • If you haven’t hit enough, it’s often better to push level 9 instead and focus on itemizing Sevika and Rumble as secondary carries.

⚔️ Itemization & Emblem Priority

When it comes to items, your priority should be:
Gangplank – Best-in-slot (BIS): Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Shojin 🏴‍☠️
Vi – Tank items: Titan’s Resolve, Edge of Night, Hand of Justic 🛡️
Sevika – Secondary carry: Titan’s Resolve, Edge of Night, Hand of Justice 💥
Rumble – Flexible: Ionic Spark, Rabadon, Hand of Justice 🔥

If you find a Pit-Fighter Emblem, put it on Rumble or Jayce* depending on who you have at two stars ⭐⭐. This can significantly increase their effectiveness in fights, giving you more frontline and sustain.

📈 Late Game & Win Conditions

In the late game, your success depends on how well your Gangplank carry is doing and whether you’ve managed to stabilize your Vi & frontline.

If you’re ahead:
🚀 Push level 9 to add a strong legendary unit (like Urgot) for extra frontline or CC.

If you’re behind:
⚡ Prioritize three-starring Gangplank at level 8 before pushing for higher levels.

Your endgame board should ideally look like:
Gangplank (3⭐ if possible) – Primary carry
Vi (2⭐ minimum) – Tank
Sevika – Secondary damage dealer
Rumble – Utility/tank
Jayce (if you have the emblem) – Additional frontline/damage

💡 Final Tips

🔹 Scout often to see if others are contesting Gangplank. If many players are rolling for him, consider pivoting.
🔹 Position wisely – Keep Gangplank safe from assassins and frontline threats.
🔹 Adapt your items based on what components you find.
