BEGINNING
This is a guide on how to best play a given Artifact, but I focused here on a short, non-detailed description and it is made for Patch 14.9 and 14.10. If you read it later, something may have changed in terms of tiers.
A lot also depends on the finish line and remember that these items are only known for 2 weeks, a lot remains undiscovered!
I also took Flex into account - if something was played practically or useful on one unit, I placed it lower!

[S-TIER] Diamond Hands
Once per combat: At 50% Health, become invulnerable for 1.5 seconds and grant Gold 1 gold.
This is an item that you can always take and it will be good because we play a tank in each composition, so we will always be able to use it well!
Additionally, we always get 1 gold
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[S-TIER] Suspicious Trench Coat
Once per combat at 50% Health, the holder splits into three copies of themself each with 33% of their max Health.
Again, a very useful item for every tank in the game and very useful on a unit such as Lissandra or Udyr!
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[S-TIER] Eternal Winter
Enemies who damage the holder are 20% Chilled for 1.5 seconds. After 7 Chills from this item, the attacker is Stunned instead (Cooldown: 15 seconds).
Again, an item that can be useful in any composition and taking it will never be a mistake!
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Gold Collector
Attacks and Abilities execute enemies below 12% of their maximum Health. Executions have a 40% chance to drop Gold 1 gold.
One of the best current items in terms of meta, because there are AD carry characters like Ashe or Kai'sa who use it perfectly, or legends like Xayah and Irelia or Kog'maw free 4 place champion, it is worth taking it even just for the sake of earning money at the beginning of the game not to mention execution!

[A-TIER] Blacksmith's Gloves
Each round: Equip 2 random Ornn Artifacts.
One of those items that gives us free pace at the beginning of the game, I personally like it very much and recommend it!
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Sniper Focus
Gain Range 1 Attack Range. Damage is increased by 9% for each hex between the holder and their target.
A similar situation to the Collector because it works on many characters from the meta, but it seems to be the best for Snipers due to the effect of this feature
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Zhonya's Paradox
Once per combat at 40% Health, become invulnerable and untargetable for 3 seconds.
An item that has one basic problem works on special units, so when you take it you choose 2-3 ways, there is little flex, either a legendary board or at most some Syndra
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Death's Defiance
Gain 25% Omnivamp. 50% of the damage the holder receives is instead dealt over 4 seconds as non-lethal damage.
Again, an item that determines only one path for us, and that is Heavenly flex, i.e. Lee Sin and Kayn duo, and we give this item to one of them, or again the Legendary Board
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Corrupt Vampiric
Attacks deal an additional 50% Attack Damage AD as physical damage and heal the holder for the damage dealt.
Very good Item (reworked) now on All Offtank and Irelia
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[A-TIER] Infinity Force
Tons of EVERYTHING!
Practically useful on all Carry characters, but I think it's better on Ad or Offtank like Lee Sin or Kayn
I take it very often because of its flex
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[B-TIER] Manazane
After casting the first time in combat, gain 120 Mana over 5 seconds.
An item that replaces mana regeneration, i.e. items such as Shojin or Adaptive Helmet, is it good? on Syndra it is bugged, it does not work as it should, so again the maximum is Morgana and the Legendary board, i.e. Azir and Lissandra or Hwei
It is also possible to play Kai'Sa, but there are better items for it
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[B-TIER] Mittens
Shrinks the holder, granting them increased movement speed, 20% damage reduction, and immunity to Chill.
I have mixed feelings about this item, the only one I like to play it on is Volibear and if so, focus on offtank and tanks
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[B-TIER] Innervating Locket
The holder gains 2% of their total Mana whenever they're hit by an attack.
Each cast restores 20% of the holder's max Health over 3 seconds.
The next item under the title can be played on any tank, but if it is strong, it is not more useful in the end! there is the only cool character on which it works exceptionally well, i.e. Augment carry under Kobuko
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[B-TIER] Anima Visage
Heal 2.5% max Health every second.
The item is known as a tank, i.e. as above, but very strong in the early game, so if we want to win, we can take it eventually.
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[C-TIER] Silvermere Dawn
Grants immunity to stuns and the holder's attacks stun the target for 0.8 seconds.
The only use of this item is actually on Sett when we have it at level two, apart from that it is rather Offtank characters I've seen Gnar sometimes, but there are simply better items for it

[C-TIER] Deathfire Grasp
Combat start: Blast the current target for 20% of their max Health as magic damage.
The worst item that has ever been created in this game is so unnecessary that you never take it, but the latest information is on the unit's AP
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[C-TIER] Spectral Cutlass
Combat Start: Teleports the holder to the mirrored hex on the enemy's side of the board. After 8 seconds, the holder returns to their original location.
To be honest, I've never seen him, but I heard that he's perfect for Assassins, so probably characters like Qiyana or Kayn
there is also a tactic of playing it on Lissandra to counter the opponent's backline

[C-TIER] Hullcrusher
Combat start: If there are no adjacent allies, gain 600 Health.
Not much to say item for tanks
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[C-TIER] Lightshield Crest
Every 3 seconds, Shields the lowest percent Health ally for 50% of the holder's combined Armor and Magic Resist.
An item that we give to tanks at the front to provide a barrier of useful items in virtually every composition
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[C-TIER] Horizon Focus
Stunning an enemy causes lightning to strike them, dealing 30% of their max Health as magic damage.
As for carry, I see only one unit on which it is useful, namely Lux, which is too weak for the meta at the moment, but we can put it on the front or Lissandra
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Lich Bane
The holder's first attack after each ability cast deals bonus magic damage.
There are literally two characters that use this item well, i.e. Teemo & Kindred, who get buffs even in the new patch, so I'm curious what it will be like, the rest are probably some legendaries
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Talisman Of Ascension
After 18 seconds gain 100% max Health and 150% increased damage for the rest of combat.
An item that caused a lot of confusion at the beginning of the previous patch, but in the current one it is already forgotten and unplayable, it works on carry augments such as Shen or Yorick.
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Forbidden Idol
Shields have 50% of their value converted to max Health instead.
As the description says, it works on a character that gives a barrier, i.e. Tahm works perfectly here, especially since you play carry Bard to it, the more you sustane, the more the bard beats, and apart from that only some units work
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Gambler's Blade
Grant AS 1% bonus Attack Speed per Gold gold in your bank (up to Gold 30 gold).
At the beginning of the game, it's cool and gives you gold for certain units, but does it work on anyone else besides the bard? I don't think so
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Fishbone
Doubles the holder's attack range, and causes each of their attacks to target a random enemy.
There is a nice technique for the final, when you play Syndra, you oneshot the entire opponent's back line and that's all, using this item is not that good for every matchup
the secret technique is Lee Sin's backline kicks
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Seeker's Armguard
Takedowns increase the holder's Armor, Magic Resist, and Ability Power by 10, increased to 15 if they score the kill.
Bruisers, i.e. Sylas and Kobuko with hgero Augment, use this item best than others or Max Shen hero augment
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Prowler's Claw
After killing a target, shed negative effects and dash to the farthest target within 4 hexes. The next two critical attacks deal 60% bonus critical strike
A very interesting item for Assassins that turns them into pure beasts
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Trickster's Glass
Summon a clone with 70% max Health and +30% max Mana. You cannot equip items to the clone.
It works best under Legendary baord, no matter what unit
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Blighting Jewel
Dealing magic damage reduces the target's Magic Resist by 3. If their Magic Resist is 0, this grants the holder 5 Mana instead.
The only character who uses the full potential of this item is Teemo, who gets buffs in this patch and may be playable or Garen hero augment
ON WHICH CHARACTER DOES IT WORK BEST?
[D-TIER] Luden's Tempest
100% of overkill damage plus 100 is dealt as magic damage to the three enemies nearest the target.
The worst new item that came out completely useless, it works on Caitlyn in high roll Kog'maw and that's it

[D-TIER] Rapid Firecannon
Gain +1 Attack Range, increased by 1 whenever the holder kills an enemy.
I fell in love with this item and Qiyana on which this item works perfectly and only on her everything else is usless
