14.3 was overall a small patch that just aimed to tweak the meta. This patch brought back some comps that were taken out of the meta last patch (like Disco) and tuned down some of the overperformers (Heartsteel). That being said, here are my top 5 comps of the patch
5. Executioner Vex and Twitch (Twin Terror version)

This comp was hurt by the nerfs to Executioners and to Twin Terror, so it's no the auto-win that it used to be. That being said, it will likely be much less contested because of this, which will allow you to hit your units faster and get to the peak of the comp faster.
4. Disco Twisted Fate

Twisted Fate got a significant mana buff this patch, which should help bring Disco back to being a meta comp. This comp can cap out insanely high late game because it can fit so many 5 cost units (Illaoi, Ziggs, Qiyana, Sona are all core, and Yorick and Lucian can sometimes fit). That being said, this build will still probably be weak on level 8, so try to only play DIsco from a strong win streak opener with chances to go 9.
3. Pentakill (Akali Karthus Viego)

This comp received some small nerfs, but overall it should still dominate the meta.
2. Heartsteel Ezreal Zed

This comp received significant nerfs to Sett and to Heartsteel hearts on kill late game. However...
The most broken aspect of this comp is the insanely strong stabilization that Poppy and Zed provide late game, and neither of these units were nerfed (IN FACT ZED WAS BUFFED). That means this comp will still be a mainstay in the meta, but it will cap lower with less Heartsteel stacks late game.

I talked about how broken this comp was last patch, and yet it's still flying under the radar somewhat. I fully expect in this weekends tournaments that this comp will see a lot of play. The Kayle version of this comp is also very strong.
